About Me

India is a Walt Disney Imagineer and internationally award-winning themed designer (C-IDEA 2023). She is known for creating TacTILE, the world’s first haptic flooring system for theme park attractions.

As well as her career on the project team of the Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny, she is also proudly developing the upcoming ships recently announced by Disney Cruise Line.

India’s passion for design has seen her work as a concept designer and engineer for SharkNinja, where she joined the team responsible for the Ninja Creami and many other exciting products.

Outside her career as an Imagineer, India is also a published writer on the topic of themed entertainment design. Her articles can be found in publications including Counter Arts and ILLUMINATION.

For fun, India is a visual artist with a unique portfolio: a Roman toga made of romaine lettuce, an interactive packaging system for onions (that just so happens to be large enough for several people to crawl inside), more drawings of theme parks than a person can count, and an installation of origami fish.
